Welcome To
We believe that mental health care should be compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique experiences of each individual. Our practice was founded on the understanding that healing occurs when people feel seen, heard, and understood not just for their symptoms, but for their full lived experiences, identities, relationships, and communities.

My Mental PEACEÂ provides culturally grounded psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and community-centered mental health services designed to support the whole person.

Services Designed for Depth, Clarity, and Growth
We aim to create a space where individuals, families, and communities can access care that is clinically excellent, compassionate, and empowering.

Individual Therapy
Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, identity development, and emotional wellness. Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, build healthier coping skills, and move toward healing, balance, and personal growth.

Couples & Relationship Therapy
Helping couples improve communication, deepen connection, navigate conflict, and strengthen emotional intimacy. A featured service we offer is Couples with a Couple. A unique experience of receiving treatment from clinical Providers who bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of partnership.

Psychological Assessment
We believe assessment should provide more than labels, it should offer insight, direction, and understanding. Psychological assessment can provide deeper understanding, accurate diagnosis, and personalized recommendations to help individuals, families, schools, and providers make informed decisions about care and support.

Workshops & Community Programs
We provide dynamic mental health workshops, presentations, retreats, and community-centered wellness initiatives. We are also excited to form collaborations with organizations, teams, and communities wanting to support making meaningful change for others.

Testimonials
As a family physician, I know that many of the challenges my patient's face are far beyond what can be addressed during a routine office visit. Having a trusted resource that provides compassionate, practical, and accessible mental health support has been invaluable to both my patients and my practice. I have had the opportunity to utilize My Mental PEACE as an informal resource in my clinical work. Their insights have also influenced the way I approach conversations surrounding mental health, allowing me to engage patients with greater confidence, empathy and effectiveness. What I have come to learn particularly sets My Mental PEACE apart is the expertise of its clinicians. Dr. Jonathon Johnson has the exceptional ability to navigate highly complex mental health cases with both clinical precision and genuine compassion. His thoughtful, individualized approach allows patients facing even the most challenging circumstances to feel understood while receiving comprehensive, evidence-informed care. Likewise, Dr. Celeste Johnson brings an innovative and refreshing perspective to individual and couples therapy, helping single and partnered clients strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build healthier, more resilient relationships through practical, personalized strategies. I wholeheartedly recommend My Mental PEACE to anyone seeking thoughtful, evidence-informed mental health care. Their team feels an important gap in behavioral health services, and I have great confidence in referring patients to them knowing they will receive compassionate, high quality care. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Drs. Jonathon and Celeste Johnson on patient-care needs, and I have always appreciated the insight and perspective they bring. Whenever I have reached out for guidance, they have been thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping. Their recommendations are practical, clinically meaningful, and communicated in a way that is easy to understand and apply. Beyond their professional knowledge, they are simply genuine people who care deeply about the well-being of others, and that sincerity is evident in every interaction I have had with them. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in neurologic care, I see firsthand how closely physical health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life are connected. Mental health care is not an optional piece of recovery—it is an essential part of caring for the whole person. This is especially true for individuals navigating neurological conditions, injury, major life changes, or other complex challenges. The work Drs. Johnson are doing through My Mental PEACE is both important and necessary, and I truly respect their commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care. I would confidently recommend their practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who will listen, provide meaningful support, and treat each person with dignity and respect.
